Megan Teel, Founder
Megan Teel, Esq. earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) in 2020 and was sworn in as a member of the Virginia State Bar in 2021. Prior to attending and while attending law school, Megan served non-profit corporations in roles focused on contracts and federal compliance. As an attorney, she built a career representing corporations, but longed to serve the families in her community.
Mackenzie Frame, Intern
MacKenzie is a licensed paralegal with a strong background in customer service and workforce management. She completed her paralegal studies with high honors (magna cum laude).
With over a decade of professional experience, MacKenzie brings a calm, client-centered approach to every case. She currently serves as a Legal Intern, where she supports our immigrant families with compassion and professionalism, guided by her deep commitment to faith and community.
Mohamed Abdelrahman, Interpreter
Mohamed Abdelrahman comes to our team with a history of practicing pharmacy in the United Arab Emirates as the sales director for a major pharmaceutical organization. Mohamed has extensive experience supervising and mobilizing large sales teams in multiple countries. As an Egyptian-American, Mohamed has a passion for helping families achieve the American Dream as his own family did over a decade ago.
